Feel at home in Copacabana! This quiet, entire 40 m² apartment faces the rear of the building, near the beach, metro, shops and restaurants. A comfortable base for enjoying Rio at your own pace.

COMFORT FOR UP TO FOUR GUESTS
The bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning. The living room offers a double sofa bed, streaming TV and a dining area. An extra mattress is an alternative sleeping arrangement; maximum occupancy remains four guests. Air conditioning is in the bedroom only. Two portable fans are available for the other spaces.

EVERYDAY CONVENIENCE
The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave and cooking utensils. Wi-Fi and two beach chairs are available. There is no washing machine, garage or private parking space.

A WELL-PLANNED ARRIVAL
Check-in starts at 3 pm; checkout is by noon. Please tell us your expected arrival time. Individual access instructions and the apartment code are provided after guest documents have been checked. Building entry and apartment access are separate steps. Arrivals after 10 pm require prior arrangements and a R$ 50 fee.

CARE AND CONSIDERATION
Only guests registered in the reservation may enter. No visitors, parties, pets or smoking. Extra cleaning and changes of bed linen and towels can be arranged for an additional charge. The apartment has an electronic keypad lock. Building entry uses physical keys kept in the key holder to the right as you enter the apartment. Collect them on arrival, always take them when going out during your stay, and return them to the same holder at checkout. If keys are lost, contact us through the chat. Reimbursement of actual, documented locksmith costs may be requested in accordance with platform rules.
