The great advantage is the 2 balconies facing this stunning scenery, perfect for appreciating the landscape and special moments. The loft has a bedroom, closet, bathroom, integrated living room and kitchen, queen bed in the bedroom and double sofa bed in the living room, fan and air conditioning in the bedroom, TV, refrigerator and microwave, and all the appliances for your comfort. We comfortably accommodate 4 people. When there are children, we provide an extra mattress free of charge. Guests can use all the hotel's facilities such as the swimming pool, sauna, gym, restaurant and tennis court. The Space: A finely decorated apartment, full of style and personality, where the view and decor are the main attractions. There are two balconies directly facing Guanabara Bay, with Sugarloaf Mountain and Corcovado framing one of Rio's most impressive landscapes. Entire apartment and hotel leisure areas such as swimming pool, sauna, gym, restaurant and tennis court. Other observations: Food and cutlery are in the drawer under the sink. You can use all the hotel facilities. Parties or events are not allowed in the apartment or on the hotel premises. Pets are not allowed. Towels are available at the pool. One parking space is included in your stay. Breakfast can be taken at the hotel restaurant for an additional fee of R$40.00 per person. Our kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, sandwich maker, microwave, and all utensils for your comfort. We have Comforters and blankets are available in the closet. Hair dryer, hair straightener, and iron are inside the closet. There is a water fountain available at the exit to the parking lot to fill water bottles.
