“The staff were very helpful when we decided to change hotels but I was shocked that the room rate jumped more than $50 a night. Then we were charged $7 a day to park in THEIR lot. When booked I saw no mention of this additional fee. When I contacted customer service they did graciously reverse the charge. The facility itself was very nice. My only complaint was financial.”

“Non fatevi ingannare dalle foto. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera “Imperial”, dico solo che sono stati molto bravi a pubblicizzarla. Per aprire l’acqua della doccia bisogna per forza bagnarsi. Stanza piena di mobili in cui è difficile girarsi. Ragnatele ataviche sopra il condizionatore. Durante le pulizie hanno preso per sbagli l’accappatoio di mio figlio di 1 anno e mai ritrovato, ho dovuto ricomprarlo. Mai più ospite in questa struttura.”

“Praticamente perfetto, camere, pulizia prezzo. Il motel é dotato di una laundry gratis. Lo consiglio sicuramente. Mi dispiace però dire che all'arrivo ci era stato detto che non avevano colazione inclusa ma ci veniva offerto un drink. Sicuramente c'è stata una incomprensione ma la sera il barman é stato davvero sgarbato in compenso le signore all'accoglienza sono state gentilissime”

“Nice rooms. Comfortable. We traveled with two dogs and they placed us near the elevator so we could easily take them down to the dog area at the back of the hotel.”

“My room was dirty. There was something sticky on the bathroom floor. I took a towel and mopped it with my foot and the towel was Very dirty. There was something dusty all over on the nightstands and the carpet needs to be shampooed. Other than that. It was a good hotel.”

“The room suite was spacious, and wewe had plenty of room for four people and they dogs. The breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold food.”

“Il posto è molto spartano, la pulizia dei servizi aggiuntivi lasciano molto a desiderare. Non ci siamo svegliati in tempo per provare la colazione quindi non possiamo commentare anche quest’ultima. Unica nota positiva il costo e l’ampio parcheggio gratuito.”
