“Property is in a sketchy area. This is not a home. It is a 2 level deck with two bedrooms on the upper level. The kitchen and living room are outside. The only place to escape the heat is in the small bedrooms that only have a bed and two nightstands attached to the wall of which one was falling off. The AC was set at 60 but the bedrooms were still warm because they are not insulated.

“The house was beautiful but it was way overpriced for how difficult it was to find it and get to it. It also smells terrible there because of the sarragassum. We were notified a couple days in advance of how bad it smelled but you could tell that there was weeks of horribly smelly sarragassum rotting on the beach.”
