“Property was roomy and great space for kids. Suggest you explain what the 2 keys left with the handbook are for. And, it takes quite a while to warm up the place when it's set at 60-degrees. We use an app to change the temperature online - suggest you use a system that allows you to warm up the home prior to guest check-in time. ”

“Beautiful home in a really nice neighborhood with stunning views of the Sandias. Comfortable beds and couches. Nice to be able to park in a garage! River trail was very easy to access, and very nice. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.”

“The price on breakfast is a little steep. $12 price is appropriate for a breakfast price. The staff is wonderful and the proximity to a park is a plus.”

“The room was very dirty, I had to ask to get it cleaned the following morning asking them to wash walls in the bathroom and clean the dirty floors. The tub would not drain and so all the dirt from my children's shower remained in the tub. There were cockroaches and ants all over in my room. There was no pool as mentioned in the amenities. The staff was nice but even after I mentioned these things they just said they were sorry. There also is no breakfast only packaged muffins. ”
