Cinque Terra is beautiful and we had a lovel stay. But there were slight stresses and irritations relating to the property. We booked it 5 months in advance but were not sent details to make payment until 5 days before we were due to arrive - when we were already on holiday in another part of Italy. The link to make payment didn't work and I tried to contact the host (management company) via the Vrbo app and via email and got no reply. We then phoned and were sent the same link via WhatsApp, which still didn't work. We had to phone again as there was no response to our WhatsApp message and the link did finally work. This was stressful as we could not recieve arrival instructions until payment had been made - I had to message again to let them know I'd paid before the automatic message with instuctions came through.On arrival, we found items in the dishwasher from the previous occupant. I didn't particularly mind this until I realised that they were still dirty!There was a coffee machine in the property, with 3 coffee pods provided. Once we'd used these we couldn't find a shop that sold the right kind of pods in any of the small supermarkets in Cinque Terra so it would have been helpful to have been told the make before we arrived. The kettle heats on the hob, which we couldn't get to work. There was no make name on it so we couldn't find instuctions on the internet.When we contacted the management company to ask for details we got no response. So many small irritations
