Hotel a Ripley

“Everything was good. Beds were clean and looked new. Just wish the fridge wasn’t in the bathroom area and on some small stand. I hit my toes a few times because the fridge sat on floor and judging where it opens you better patient (lol). It’s a preference thing. It would have been better between tv and desk. Also a minor thing the shower handle wouldn’t let us change temp of water. But overall - I did enjoy this hotel & location. I would stay here again and recommend it. Oh and wish it had a...

“One chair in a room with 2 queen beds. Where are the other people booked in the room supposed to sit when they aren't sleeping? VERY noisy from highway noise as we were assigned a room on that side of the building. I know the hotel is apparently "under renovation" but just about everything was run down, poorly designed, or simply in bad shape. This includes the front walkway falling apart, landscaping that is just trashy, shower door should be on the opposite end of the shower so...

“We made the reservation over a week ahead of time but when we arrived they said we couldn't stay because even tho we had moved to Arkansas, we were considered "locals". They need to say that up-front instead of waiting until we arrived. Luckily, Holiday Inn Express in Dyersburg accepted our money for the night. Will NOT recommend to anyone. ”

“Very nice stay. Easy access from highway, great little local bar/restaurant very close! Room was nice, clean, cool and bedding was fresh and comfortable. TV was hit and miss, remote didn't always want to work and some of the channels wouldn't come in clear, others were perfect, weird. WiFi was spotty, phones worked but IPads etc wouldn't connect. Overall a 5 0f 5.”

“The worst hotel I’ve ever seen. Expedia should not even offer this on their sites. Disgusting filthy and we wouldn’t even check in. The appearance of the outside was so awful we requested to view the room before check in. Further, did not feel safe…skid row. So bad we did not. Regret not taking pictures….”
