“First this was the second time the desk clerk tried to charge me twice. Third party is not appreciated I don’t think you want to wait because your staff is new working the front desk holding my money for one second. Sunday I was gone all day coming back to the room to an open door, I could tell the maid had been in the room because towels had been refreshed. “Everything was excellent EXCEPT the air handler in the wall at the foot of the bed was a wall 2 feet away and when the air conditioner turned on you would hear the noise . I was awaken by it and believed it was coming from the window so I got up to see what was going on and to my surprise it was coming from behind the metal plate mounted on the wall ( air handler / blower / air conditioner. “Everything was good except the bed was a little Hard for me. ”

“As a disabled veteran, I was charged for my service animal. It’s strange because I traveled to Jackson and stayed at this hotel for the last 2 months for work and was never charged before. If you have a service animal, I would not stay here. It’s a shame that they will be losing out on 3 more months of my business. ”
