“L'albergo è nel complesso accettabile . La camera pur non modernissima è risultata pulita , gli asciugamani cambiati giornalmente. Sfortunatamente per due mattine ( sabato e domenica ) ci siamo alzati un po' più comodamente e quando siamo rientrati abbiamo scoperto che la camera non era stata riassettata .Vicinissimo all'università ”
“Came to this lovely spot on business and stayed for pleasure. The staff was friendly and so accommodating. Charnice in guest services was a delight and assisted me when I needed a little extra help. The pool is nice and clean. In addition, Marlows is just a hop n skip away. Thank ya'll”
“My stay was very comfortable, clean, excellent customer service, fast check in, but the only this is that you have to vheck in at 3 pm and check out at 11Am, i feel that i did not get my full day that equals to 24hrs. ”
“Angel and Luse were amazing at the front desk. I asked that my family were on the same floor as well as a crib for my granddaughter and they accommodated us very well and were extremely nice and professional. This is our third time to stay for a family gathering ( we’re from Ohio) and we will be back in October for another family affair !

“The gentleman who checked us in around 5:30 pm was EXTREMELY nice & have EXCEPTIONAL customer service!! But the women who worked in the AM were NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL, THEY BARELY SAID HI & have a sour expression on their faces!!!

“The hotel was beautiful. The food was great although for us, not many options to choose from based on what we eat. But we still enjoyed it. Staff was on point. Our only observation that needed improvement was housekeeping and the turn down service in the evening. Housekeeping did good but we didn't know to call in room dining to pick up the table so housekeeping just left it -they didn't call or try to remove it even though it was pretty clear we were done with the food. Then the turn down...
