Vacanze Riserva naturale di Castries Waterworks

The bathroom needs to be updated. Causes water to run everywhere and hard water odor is bad.

I did not like the nightly food that was specifically prepared for me n my family.i stayed for 5 nights and the only time i enjoyed my dinner was the last night before i left.It was Caribbean night. I did not like Italian night,or French night and it was not much of a variety for me. Another thing is all inclusive I did not appreciate signing a nighty receipt of how much the food would have cost us if we didn’t do all inclusive. I came for vacation n not to see that. Honestly I don’t think I will be coming back at this hotel again because I love my island food I will have to look something else the next time I plan on visiting st.lucia to stay.

Conosco molto bene questo hotel, era perfetto ma sono peggiorati tutti i servizi, non è più come prima, c’è una tale confusione nella reception, incapaci di lavorare i nuovi addetti , non risponde più a 5 stelle, un vero peccato.
