“Very clean room with all the amenities we needed. Loved the Dyson hairdryer and the size of the room. Very comfortable bed as well. Staff was very polite and friendly. Would stay here again.”

“Hotel was cleaned and stocked with the material needed to make for a comfortable stay. Nothing fancy or extra about the rooms, but they felt a league better then just roughing it too. I'd describe our experience as simple, adequate, safe and comfortable. Fantastic location for quick getting to and form the O'Hare (ORD) airport.”

“Rooms are dirty, sheets and curtains are stained, pet hair all over the box spring cover (I did not bring pets), roaches everywhere, no in room fridge or microwave, housekeeping won’t come even when requested, laundry personnel very “upset” when you request fresh towels, toilet clogged for 1 week of my stay, WiFi is non existent, and the “security” deposit doesn’t get refunded after your stay like they say it will.
