We had reserved super deluxe rooms however on check-in the staff told us that's not possible and mentioned that they did not receive the booking in time from Expedia. “Well received on arrival. Very warm personalised touch by service staff. Excellent grooming by there GM. Food was good. Always ready to serve as per your choice. Mr Shailendr GM pays attention to every small things. It was pleasure interacting with him. E cart named tuk-tuk was ever ready to transport guest any where in this huge property. Three nights passed by very fast. Will again visit this property. ”

“Despite pointing out a stained toilet seat and rusted health faucet, the hotel claimed they were running full and didn't offer a resolution. This property is well past it's prime - dust everywhere, musty towels et al. For the same price, we moved to Saj in the Forest nearby - would highly recommend everyone reading this review follows suit.”
