Hotel vicino a Riserva Naturale Prielom Hornádu - Hrabusice

“We loved the peace and quiet at this hotel. The room was very clean, cozy, and spacious. Great to have the nice restaurant at the hotel as the options in the surrounding area are very limited. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing I would change is that the sauna cost 25 euro per person to use for two hours. This was a high fee. Perhaps the hotel could allow for a shorter use period for much less money. For example, a half hour use for 5 euro per person. An hour for...

“Excellent stay,,Maria was fantastic!”

“Very convenient place after spending the day in the mountains. Was recommended to eat at this burger place and it was the best burger I had outside the United States.”

“I arrived late and they were waiting for me. Thank you.”

“We was little confused on the beginning because no on was there any there was not clear instructions witch room we have. Bathroom needs renovation. Overall good location.”

“The check-in process was very poor. It relied on an unreliable-looking website that was mostly in Slovak and was difficult to get working (only partly on English). Communication with the hotel was also clumsy, and there was no information provided about breakfast or other practical matters. The bathroom drain was blocked, causing the bathroom to flood. Housekeeping was also lacking. At the very least, fresh towels and basic room cleaning during the stay would have been appreciated. It was...

“-Checkout already at 10am -30 euro extra fee for 2h late checkout -As a Spa hotel the Spa should open earlier then 12 during the weekends”

“A lovely stay! The online check-in was simple, and PIN access made arrival easy—no keys to collect or carry. A convenient, hassle-free system. Would happily stay again!”

“Nice location and clean property. The check in process was not smooth or clear though.”
