“We really enjoyed our stay here. There is everything you need in the little hotel village. And it's right at the foot of the mountain. We wanted to stay longer but we had to move on. We will definitely come back and stay here again.”

“Very nice hotel and friendly staff! Room was comfortable and whole resort area was very nice. Only problem was I had a light that I couldn't control and it would turn on and off all night. Seemed to be a motion sensor light that had broken or gone faulty. I complained and someone came to look at it but it didn't get fixed. Hope it was just something wrong with my room and not all!”

“The most beautiful, well finished hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was a great size, staff so pleasant and helpful and the amenities top class. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. The views here Ha Long Bay are an added bonus and the hotel ensure the beach area is kept pristine and clean. 10/10”

“Room is spacious, well setting. Nice view of water show. However the location is not an ideal, not close to food. The breakfast buffet is terrible, not variety, food isn't fresh, same exact thing everyday. ”

“They do not provide proper instruction on how to collect the room key card. The Ala Carte managed by Anstay. The management should provide a clear instructions to their customers. I hired a taxi to go around just to find the address provided in the email but unfortunately the address was very difficult to find. Mostly of their staff cannot speak or understand english. They don't even reply on messages they have very poor communication.”
