“On the night of our stay, the fire alarm continued going ON and OFF (~ 10 times) between 11 pm and midnight creating an uncertain environment for all. The fire alarm was so loud that I was worried about hearing loss for kids. The communication from management and fire department was inadequate. I was surprised that the hotel didn't offer any compensation for this inconvenience. Apart from this incident, the stay was okay.”

“Overall the hotel was ok except on one side of the bed - the carpet was Luke folded over with the tacks sticking up. We had to make sure to stay away from the wall - maybe new / newer carpet that wasn’t trimmed down. We were on the 2nd floor.”

“Sheets and room were clean for the most part however the room I stayed in was not maintained. It was evident that the room has had a moisture problem for awhile. The drywall in the ceiling was discolored and cracking and there was mold growing on a chair.”

“It is a place that has done some upgrades and the beds were very comfortable. The room has mold and mildew all over the sides of the stand by the fridge and the tv. I could take my finger and wipe the mold myself. It was very noticeable and I don't understand why that hasn't been cleaned. It covered half of the stand, so it was just a new spot starting it had to have been that way for quite some time. I would not stay here again. Breakfast was a waffle, cereal, or yogurt.”

“The staff was super friendly and helpful. I asked for a room that faced Lookout Mountain. They gave me exactly what I asked for unfortunately, due to the humity the windows were fogged up quite a bit and it was hard to see out very well. That being said, due to the location, the parking lot has a great view of lookout mountain. It was funny how everyone just arrived and would stand out in the parking lot to enjoy the view.
