"Abbiamo scelto questo albergo perché c’era nella descrizione dei servizi la sauna, ma arrivati alla struttura ci hanno detto senza spiegazioni ne almeno nessun tipo di gentilezza che non era disponibile. Non capisco perché viene offerto un servizio che non avete a disposizione, questo lo chiamo essere disonesti poi si può sempre accontentare il cliente in un’altra maniera, siete un albergo 4 stelle e mi aspetto di essere trattato come tale.
