“This was a marvelous place. Very cozy, clean and well decorated. Very quiet, even though it was sold out for the night. Breakfast was amazing and the hostesses were polite, helpful and very friendly. Will definitely return. ”

“Room was clean. The bed was fine, except for the huge pillows that I could not use which made my sleep pretty bad. The staff put the liquids in the wrong containers that attached to the wall in the shower so I had to rewash hair and body with the right cleaner. All small minor things. Casino was clean. The restaurants were pricey for what it was. ”

“We spent $250 on a nights stay. the bathtub was peeling and unable to be used as a bath. they apologized and said they did not have another room to move us to. they offered breakfast which i politely declined as we dont eat breakfast. Nothing else was offered or done. ”

“The hotel was very clean but it smells old. It didn't affect my stay but it could use some updating. However, the staff was absoluting amazing and helpful. My son said it's pretty cool and we should visit again. Drury will be my first choice wherever I travel. They serve breakfast and dinner. They didn't mind me asking for extra to take for lunch the next day. The hotel is across the street from Union Station and the Aquarium. The metro is just across the parking lot of Union Station. “Upon arrival, we were greeted by an amazing employee April. She was handling a difficult call when we walked in, but still managed to make eye contact and address us until she could help. Once she finished, she processed us into the room quickly and efficiently all while chatting about the area and what we could do in the short time we did have. Such a pleasure to meet someone who enjoys their job and greets the customers with a smile. ”
