“After a slightly turbulent check-in process, which was fixed quickly and nicely by the Mint Customer Service folks, I arrived to find a brand new, sparkling clean, Studio apartment in a great location in downtown Tampa. Super comfortable, excellent amenities including a nicer kitchen than my own home, complete with washer and dryer and a balcony overlooking downtown. All of this at roughly 30% less per night than any of the local hotels I normally stay in. Highly recommended if you're staying...

“Employees always make you feel welcome, great location, clean, and good selection for breakfast. Only thing I would change is the syrup for the waffles shouldn't be so close to the waffle makers because people bump into you trying to reach for the syrup when you're making a waffle. Other than that, everything is pleasant.”

“We had an excellent experience at this Holiday Inn. The hotel and our room were very clean, the staff was very nice and the location was perfect. It will be our go to hotel when visiting the Tampa/USF area. ”

“Close to the high way, the hotel can give the opportunity to reach Tampa, St. Petersburg, Saratosa, etc in a range of 30-50 minutes. The building and the rooms are pretty new with all the comforts. the breakfast open to all the guests, are simple but very good! ”

“Staff was super nice and the receptionist alway very attentive to her guest, love that they had breakfast, wish they will change it up a little but by the different days, the only thing we stay for 6 days and i only ask for housekeeping 2 times and the second time the only did the beds and pick up the trash, didn’t vacuum or clean the bathroom or change the sheets i was a little upset about that but other then that great hotel to stay”
