“My granddaughter loved the covered wagon cabin and the golf cart. We were not told that Thursdays the animals rest so we couldn’t do the horseback riding and petting zoo. We were not told the rodeo is only on Saturday nights so plan accordingly.”

“Sam was an excellent and responsive host. We enjoyed having coffee every morning on the balcony looking out at the lake. The evenings were nice sitting by the fire pit with a nice fire. The location was very convenient for exploring different areas nearby.”

“Booked this stay 2 months in advance for my son's fishing tournament and contacted host day before arrival and was informed by Host that it was a mistake and property wasn't available. VRBO has contacted host several times regarding issue to try and obtain refund and Host never answers. No refund received yet and it's been almost 30 days”
