“Bed was not completely made and I called the front desk and they told me to come to the desk and they would give me the missing bedding. I said I didn’t feel I needed to make the bed at a hotel when I’m on vacation and he just said ok and handed me the linens. The window AC was about 12” from the bed which meant the cold air was blowing directly on me. The floors were dirty. ”

“The family condo is bright cozy and inviting. It has a full kitchen with a view of the beach that is unforgettable. It was so relaxing to sit in the balcony and watch the wave. Very clean. Amenities include a pool, barbecue and picnic area. Check in/out process is seamless. Any questions I had they were always helpful plus quick to reply. It is a hidden gem you can rent for a relaxing getaway.”

“Struttura nuova, pulita. Camera suite vista mare con due ambienti e un bagno molto grande.
Pulizie giornaliere accurate.
Parcheggio a pagamento presso una struttura di fronte all’hotel molto comodo.
Una considerazione: noi abbiamo preso camera con cucina.. ma di cucina neanche l’ombra. Ovvero loro per cucina intendono un forno a microonde e stop. C’era un lavello, un frigo, 4 piatti 4 bicchieri qualche posata e una macchina del caffè.
Nè pentole nè padelle.. niente piano cottura.. e allora...

“Check in and check out very smooth. Requests poor. Went to three floors and ice machines did not work. Asked for ice to be brought to room. Never received. First night of stay asked for blow dryer because not one In room. Had an event and left room after an hour and a half. And no use of a blow dryer. Blow dryer was o. Room when we returned four hours later . To me this is unacceptable . ”
