“We were welcomed by very warm and kind folks at the inn. We appreciated the cleanliness of the room and property as a whole. Breakfast was great! Fruits and danishes were left out for guests.”

“Spark was perfect for our graduation weekend. The staff was friendly. It was clean. They had a plug for our car that was free. The room was huge. It was minimalist but we only needed a clean bed and bathroom. We got a great room which was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was good and offered more than I expected (hard boiled eggs).”

The area did not feel safe, and the overall atmosphere around the hotel made us uncomfortable. There appeared to be long-term or low-income housing units in the building, with a lot of people and dogs coming and going, unusual smells throughout, and very limited amenities. Although the parking lot was close to the hotel, there were vehicles that appeared to be occupied overnight, which...

La nostra camera non era molto grande ma il letto era molto comodo. Frigobar un po' rumoroso e fastidioso e wifi scarsissimo su tutto il secondo piano. Molto bella la zona spa e della piscina.”

“Convenient location with food, brewery, & park nearby. Close to Burlington yet away from the crowds. Breakfast buffet was varied and very good. Common areas have a chill vibe. Host was welcoming. Place was super clean. Bed was comfortable. Would like to visit again with more time to explore the area. ”

“The hotel was disgusting with the smell of stale cigarette smoke. The parking was decent. The exterior was ok. The room was freezing and there is no control of the temperature. The front desk offered no solutions. Accept telling me to deal with it. That its controlled by the outside. There was then the credit card scam. After charging one of my cards, they then insisted that I present them another card.Because it was a pending charge. If I had to choose, I would have rather slept in my car.”

“A bit dated but great location. The beds are not great, and the sheets felt like sand paper. The room was not the cleanest at this price point. Anna at the reception was AMAZING!! She alone made everything else not as relevant. The self parking was very convenient.”
