“For 90% this was a very good place to stay, the underground parking is limited and is only good for smaller vehicles. There is surface parking in the stripmall next door. There are plenty of restaurants and a coffee shop in the mall along with a Sav-On-Foods to get groceries for the stay. “The hotel itself was very comfortable and staff was excellent. The welcome cookie was amazing! Plenty of underground paid parking. This part of Edmonton was pretty run down though. Many closed businesses and generally poor maintenance in this area of the city. The hotel had a security guard in the lobby and there was a police action involving a half dozen officers just around the side of the hotel. “Our stay was okay, it was a good price but the initial room we got, our sink was not draining. They moved us to a different room. I had also called the day before check in to request a mini fridge, and they told me I would have to request one at check in. When I requested one at check in, they told me there were none left. “There was old vomit on the bed skirt of the second bed that I did not use (thankfully.) I did not access the breakfast or the pool facilities as they were incredible crowded with the larger teams/ student groups that were staying at the hotel.”
