“For property that was opened up in the 1800s, there are modern conveniences and amenities. Location is perfect, the staff is friendly and nice, and the spa is over the top. The building is very old, but everything else gets an A+ plus. there was a concert of instrumental musicians in the lobby on the night that I arrived, which was extraordinary.”

“Fantastiskt !!! Allt var super. Trevlig personal, som var otroligt tillmötesgående och professionella. Maten var toppkvalitet. Vi åt både middag och frukost på hotellet och det var 5 star. “This is such a gem! Cute boutique style hotel that kept is charm but has been updated in the past 5 years (i think 2021) and it is beautiful. Staff is so helpful and pointed out great stores, restaurants, and pubs. They are on the corner of the walkable shopping district (so not in the chaos but easy to go have fun) and only a 5 minute walk to a lovely little park with walking trail. Surprised how much i feel in love with this place. ”

“När vi kom fram så möttes vi av en fin lobby med mycket trevlig personal. Vi fick till och med en uppgradering av vårt rum till ett mycket lyxigt rum. Så kul! Rummet var stort, fint, lyxigt, härligt badrum, skön säng. Perfekt! Vi åt middag på hotellet på kvällen och här var samma sak. Mycket bra personal, fint, mysigt och mycket god mat! Rekommenderar starkt ett besök hit!”

“The bed was comfortable. The noice from the street and bar is no more than noises in any other hotel. All good! Breakfast is a nice way to start the day. It begins at 8:30 which turned out to be just fine. We had time to do all that we wanted to do.”

“The Ross is a small hotel right in town. The rooms are a little dated, but well maintained. Room 205 overlooks a cemetery, which may be an issue for some. The included breakfast is sit down with some delicious hot options (I.e. omelets, Irish Breakfast, etc). The bar around the corner, Paddy Sheehan’s had awesome live musical performances. There’s also a large/nicer gift shop nearby, Christy’s. The hotel itself has a bar downstairs, Polly’s. They had a decent selection of top shelf...

“It was lovely. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. The breakfast buffets had a lot of choices. The lunch or dinner meals were delicious. I told the the wait staff that what I liked about the food was that it was served hot on warm plates. That allowed me to enjoy my meal, take my time without it getting cold before I finished. I thought the prices were reasonable.”
