“Clean room, business friendly”

“The room was dirty. Comforter had stains as did the pillows. There was a weird smell and even the main door had a large gap on the side of it. Not planning to stay here ever again. Already booked my next 3 weeks of travel elsewhere! It’s cheap but not worth it.”

“The staff members were all OUTSTANDING and KIND. Primary the front desk ladies, bit also the breakfast ladies and housekeepers! This only happens through the efforts of local management. Recruiting and training the right people and maintaining a supportive environment, but also one that demands great customer care. “Someone is doing things right.” Thanks we’ll be back.”

“I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. When we first checked into our king room, we immediately found a cockroach in the bathroom and noticed a decent size hole in the ceiling. After reporting the issues, the staff moved us to a different room. However, the replacement room was a lower-tier room, and despite the inconvenience and downgrade, no refund, discount, or compensation was offered. The property also appeared poorly maintained. There were multiple spiders and dead bugs around...
