“It was fine for the cost. No bugs, not a great area but you’re probably not getting mugged. Took me 20 minutes to get the key cause the guy working the desk was asleep in the office LOL Would stay here again because it was stupid cheap.”

“Be aware that even if you have a booking confirmation, you are not guaranteed a room. I booked this hotel because I had missed my connecting flight due to weather related delays. When I got there there was a line of peo0le waiting for checking an at the end I was with out a room at 1 am.”

“The comfort suites at Morrow is very good in room conditions. You do not worry about breakfast because it is free and many different foods with milk, yogurt, coffee and so on. The front desk staff is very kindness. Her name is Mara and she changes our rooms for convenience family stay. Thank you Mara. The only problem is that the dryer machine does not work for the last day, but staff offered to dry in the main dryer area, that is the good positive.”

“I never come back in that place anynore. The staff is very rude and not welcoming at all. At 9,30 pm, upon my arrival the receptionist told me that i couldn't have stayed at the hotel because my credit cards for the deposit has been declined. The room has been paid in advance but she didn't care, it was against the rules! I was traveling with my son 12 years old. It was terrible and scary. “First of all the person on the phone was short and was trying to sell me a price double the price when I was online looking at the same room for 56$ with tax included. Also asked if they have a shuttle bus and he said yes, and when she arrived at the airport and got into the shuttle line they told her that there was no shuttle that goes to that hotel and that she would need to take a taxi or Uber to get there. The hotel was 12 mins away! 12! So she never got to stay in that room I booked for her...
