“ I was visiting the area with a colleague for a group hike, and unfortunately, our experience was significantly disrupted by several issues with our accommodations. Upon checking into our room, we immediately noticed a faint smell of vomit. We hoped the odor would dissipate while we went out for dinner, but it persisted and was unfortunately amplified once we turned on the heater. Furthermore, we were unable to sleep for most of the night due to an extreme amount of noise coming from the unit...

“Walls paper thin, I could hear everything in the surrounding rooms. Breakfast was yogurt and waffles and apples. That’s it (an hour into breakfast-not right before closing). We were put into an occupied room. After they moved us they forgot which room it was and started calling around 10 at night. And woke up with some bugs in bed (not bed bugs but yuck anyway). Now I’m getting other people’s “thanks for your stay” emails in my inbox box. Pay an extra 20 and go elsewhere”

“The key card to our room didn’t work, after 2 tries we were moved to another room. Then the toilet floor bolts were loose and toilet would move leaking water from under the toilet. The bathroom floor was dirty in the corners. But the breakfast was good. ”

“No Wi-Fi the entire stay - it never worked and I had to use my hotspot and data. Requested housekeeping for the duration of the stay 2 times, and they never came. The bed was reasonably comfortable, but the air conditioning came on every time the temperature reached the set point and blew cool air that defeated the purpose of having the heat on. Was it the worst? No. But I won’t be back.”

“The cabin was very nice, loved the area. Only nit picky thing that I wish it had was a small microwave or at least put in the description that it only has 2 hot plates and a mini fridge, no oven. And WiFi available for emergencies in case cell reception is spotty. Otherwise I had a wonderful stay. It was very clean. Complex was easy to find, my particular cabin was a little confusing to find at first, on the map the cabins are numbered, but the cabins aren’t numbered there they have names. Other...
