North Fork Home Steps to Private Beach & Walk to Marina, Farms, Restaurants.

Harbor House was completely renovated in 2020. Our beautiful beach house is in the perfect North Fork location, steps from our private beach, walking distance to farm stands, marinas and restaurants and a quick bike ride to wine country vineyards and craft breweries. This 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom beauty sits 100 steps to the private beach and is just 75 miles from NYC. Skip the traffic and spend precious time relaxing and unwinding!

Harbor House is where you want to be with something for everyone. The little ones can enjoy the beach, nearby aquarium, berry/apple/peach picking, hiking, fishing and swimming; of course the North Fork offers many activities for adults as well.

Features
Beach Access - Aside from the complete renovation, the best part of this beach house is the proximity to the beach. Included are beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and beach wagon – just bring your swim suit and sun screen.

Master Suite – Privately located as the only bedroom on the second level, the Master Suite is thoughtfully equipped with a brand new King Bed, walk in closet, dresser, 2 night stands and en suite bathroom. The master suite is very private and spacious with plenty of natural light and vaulted ceilings.

Junior Master – Located on the first level, includes a Queen bed, dresser, night stand and spacious closets.

Beach Bunk Bedroom – Twin-Over-Full bunk bed with brand new mattresses, night stand and closet.

Guest Bath – Includes towels, hand/face clothes, shower/tub combination.

Kitchen – The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances, granite counter tops and an island where you may enjoy entertaining and the open concept to the Great Room.

Great Room – The Great Room is open concept and is perfect for gatherings. The morning sun and ocean breeze streams through endless walls of windows. The Great Room is wide open with 2 areas; the family room has a 65” Smart HDTV, comfy sectional sofa and coffee table. Along the feature wall there is a welcoming oversized chair and ottoman where you may relax with your favorite book. Finally, the dining area is outfitted with a farm table, bench and four chairs which truly makes every meal a family affair.

Outside you will find a Weber gas grill, picnic table (umbrella provided) and sitting area with an oversized loveseat and cocktail table.

We provide a guide book which includes everything you need to know about the surrounding area enabling you to have the most comfortable stay. We hope you enjoy our beach house as much as we do and welcome you to your vacation and the many memories that will be made during your vacation.

Perfect and beautiful

The house was very cute and clean. In a very nice neighborhood. The beach access across the street was perfect and very private, we had the beach to ourselves, the kids loved finding shells and building sand castles. The host was easy to get in touch with. Everything is as pictured. The only thing that would of been more helpful is a microwave :)

Just fabulous!

The house was wonderful, the location beautiful, and the owner friendly and accommodating. Our stay could not have been better. We rented the Lemonade House so our family could spend Thanksgiving together and it worked out better than I could have imagined. The house was clean, new, and spacious. The living area where we spent most our time was warm and comfortable. The beds are new, everything is new, so nothing is worn out or hard to use. The outdoor space was also fun with the clay chiminea to have a fire and a short walk to the beach, a lovely restaurant and bar, and a farm stand. We had everything we needed to enjoy quality family time together. At the last minute, I asked the owner if we could check out late and he went out of his way to accomodate us so we could have share one more family lunch together. We will be back!

Hauers Haus for the wedding weekend

Upon entering after midnight due to late plane flight, we easily entered the given code and stepped in to a clean, spacious home. Perfect for a family with a toddler. The bedrooms were perfect for our adult children and the 18 month old toddler. My husband and I took the master bedroom upstairs. Loved our bathroom with two sinks and excellent, therapeutic shower! The children shared the hall bathroom between their rooms. The guest bathroom served well when other family visited. The house was well stocked with towels, bedding, kitchen needs and toilet paper. Loved the decor with the beach theme. We didn't discover the games in the closet until packing up. So, there's that for next time! Keith and Maria let us know about the basement where there we found the wagon and beach chairs for trips to the beach across the street.. We used the wagon for trips to Farmer Jenn's. The appliances are top notch and the kitchen island perfect for preparing foods. Plenty of dishes, tumblers, bowls and bar glasses to utilize. We were able to make pancakes from scratch due to all tools there for us. The beds are luxurious. Very nice mattresses and plenty of pillows. This little bungalow is modern, efficient, spacious and inviting. Thanks Maria & Keith! Sehr gut! The Hauers

Memorial Day 2021

My family and I stayed at Keith and Maria's home for the long weekend and we had a wonderful time! The kitchen was very well-stocked with cooking supplies/utensils, the beds were super comfortable, and there was more than enough room for all of us to relax together indoors. The WiFi was also fast enough for work-from-home purposes and having access to a washer-dryer was a huge plus. We were unfortunately unable to use the cute backyard dining space or the beach due to the weather, but we had a great time grilling nonetheless! The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a short drive away from vineyards, markets, and restaurants. We had a great time!
