“the room was very clean but it had an odd odor the couch and the bed sheets. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and welcoming. I never felt a more welcoming staff before. would come back just to be in such great hands. bar was interesting the bartender is an absolute gem. but the bar itself needs a face lift. or a better style. it would be way more successful.”

“Full breakfast every morning during my stay, was awesome! As far as the staff, when I checked in on 5/6/26 @ 12:30, the young lady that checked me in was superb! I forget her name, but she worked that shift. The other staff weren’t nearly as friendly and helpful as she was.”

“My daughter and I stayed at the Residence Inn Providence Downtown, on 4/15/26, while touring colleges. The hotel was nice and the room was spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had a nice fitness room and complementary breakfast. The only negative was that there was only valet parking, which was $45 (possibly because of the downtown location). I enjoyed my stay at the Residence Inn Providence Downtown and would stay there, if visiting Providence again. ”
