This property was missing the following (what we believe to be) basic elements needed for a vrbo stay: -dry towels upon arrival (all needed to be put back in the dryer for 2 cycles to be completely dried - one seemed to have only been washed and not dried at all, and the other 4 were still fairly damp). -hand towels for the bathrooms-tissues-extra toilet paper (we didn’t run out, but were concerned we might)-enough plates, cups (of any variety), bowls and forks for 5 guests (in a property advertised to sleep 6, which it did) - there were 4 bowls and 3 each of the others.-bed sheet pillow cases; one bed had one pillow case on a pillow; the rest of the beds had pillows with decorative pillow shams as the only pillow covers. We had to go to Walmart and buy proper sleeping pillow cases.-hangers in the closets -willingness to provide these items when we brought them to the attention of our host. She considered our requests “extras” and said she had adequately stocked the property per VRBO rules. She did give us a 10 refund on the stay “out of the kindness of her heart” so that we could go buy dishes. We offer this review so if you are considering this otherwise clean and comfortable property, you know exactly what to expect.
