Hotel vicino a Riverside Park - Kamloops

“Sandman signature is very well maintained property, the hot tub was out during our stay. I had a kitchenette but was missing just about everything to actually cook. I liked that you need a key card to access room and parking. I would recommend this property as the staff did accommodate what they were able. Also, my visit was during a very busy weekend. Thanks Sandman.”

“Great room with easy parking. In the area there are many shops and restaurant. Breakfast included is not too much.”

“For what we paid for, I would expect free breakfast. Otherwise, everything else was fine.”

“Great gentleman on staff. Dated building and mediocre maintenance (door didn't properly close, mattresses not super comfortable) but you get what you pay for. Great location and views out the back. Clean pool amd hot tub.”

“Loud a/c, toilet kept flushing on it own all night, bed was not the most comfortable. Out side door to parking was unsecured ( lock was broken) although traveling with pets can be hard, we were able to have our large dog.”

“Tutto bene, camera pulita e dotata di aria condizionata (indispensabile visti i 40 gradi di quella giornata). Unica pecca: Viene offerta compresa nel prezzo, la colazione continentale che si compone in realtà, di fette di pane in cassetta, marmellatina, latte e corn flakes e caffè..piuttosto deludente!Del resto, personale cordiale e tutto pulito.”

“It seems that the hotel is undergoing an extensive renovation (that we were not aware of in advance). The common areas were in good condition and the carpets and wall coverings in the rooms are new. In our room at least there was no artwork of any kind or anything else on the walls which made it feel like we were in a renovation. The lighting in the rooms was a mixture of cold and warm tones, but new blinds and blackout blinds worked well. Wall mounted dispensers for the shower soap and shampoo...

“Was an amazing stay. The jacuzzi suite is a must. That tub is amazing after a long drive. Thanks to the nice lady up front that let us stay in the jacuzzi room as I made a mistake booking on expidia. Our two German shepherds loved it as well. 😊”

“Laut Aussage des Mannes an der Rezeption bekamen wir ein Upgrade. Eine Suite. Im vorderen Raum stand ein Sofa, der darüber ausgebreitete "Bezug" hatte riesige Fettflecken, teilweise fußballgross. Die zwei vorhanden Stühle hatten ebenfalls Flecken auf dem Sitzpolster. Die Küche sah total heruntergekommen aus. Der Toaster war dreckig. Einzig der Kühlschrank war sauber - wohl weil er neu war. Das Bad war klein und total verwinkelt. Der Duschvorhang hatte Stockflecken, wir haben die Dusche nicht...

“Garbage and very suspect type individuals all over. Could hear everything from beside and above. Toilet didn't stop running. Extremely basic. Extremely! Hence the price. Stayer beware.”
