“Our experience at the West End was disappointing.
Before our arrival, we specifically requested a quiet room away from noise. Despite this, we were assigned Room 102, which is directly next to the hotel's laundry room. The washing machines operate 24 hours a day, and every night we could hear and feel the washing machine vibrating so strongly that it felt like a small earthquake, making it very difficult to sleep.
We also used the guest laundry facilities. Although the washing machine clearly...

“Our stay was very short and with the events we were attending in the city we were not there long. However, we were pleased with the cleanliness, hotel staff and the comfort/safety level of the property. Walking to Busch Stadium was easy and a short distance. Downtown traffic was terrible, to be expected that close to the stadium and the amount of people.”

“The motel was not what I expected, the room was not swept properly the hallway was dirty. My husband and I did not have a good night sleep. Because of all the noise in the hallway and the slamming of doors. I had to get up and leave at around 7 am. Another a problem was the room smell like antiseptic. And the hallway smells like food. The pillows had blood and them and smell like smoke. For a hundred dollars a night it was not worth it. I just wasn’t satisfied.”

“When you first walk in the hotel smells amazing. It was clean and looked inviting. However, our room was gross. The shower had several hairs both long and short on the wall… and somehow the ceiling? The bathroom floor didn’t look clean either . Slightly grossed out
But overall we stayed two nights and it served its purpose. Just disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of the room itself”
