“All’arrivo il check in è stato sbrigativo, la persona alla reception ci ha chiesto il documento a gesti e fatto la chiave della camera senza nemmeno salutarci nè spiegarci i servizi dell’hotel.
La camera era un po’ rumorosa (verso l’esterno), ma tutto sommato confortevole, peccato che nel bagno mancavassero gli asciugamani per entrambi e sul pavimento abbiamo trovato capelli e altro sporco.
Per riassumere: la struttura offrirebbe molto, ma il personale non la valorizza adeguatamente nei...

“We only stayed overnight to fatch a very early flight from STL airport, they offered free refreshments in the evening till 7:00pm but we did not try but was told it was very good. Bed was very comfortable abd unfortunately we did nit get to try the breakfast buffet due to a 4:30am flight, staff was friendly.”

“I think it may have recently changed ownership. This property needs a lot of work, they try but seem to be lacking customer service skills. Room was clean and basic, on the third floor, after getting our belongings to our room we went for dinner. Came back and the elevator is broken. Today had to use the stairs to get our belongings back to our vehicle. I know this is our of their control but an offer of assistance would have gone a long way. ”
