“I want to start out by saying that the staff at the front desk were amazing! Super friendly and incredibly helpful. I have zero complaints about the folks who work there - they are wonderful. We were coming in for a graduation at OU. ALL of the hotels in the area completely gouge the prices and more than triple their rates. The Thunderbird was VERY reasonable. A little info about the Lodge: This place is old and dated! If you don't smoke, make sure you are reserving a nonsmoking room!! ...

“Little bit older but a good place to stay. The staff were friendly. We did have a loose handle, the lock side, in our bathroom and did inform the front desk staff about it when we checked out. We didn't break it! We stayed here for the Luke Combs concert. Breakfast is available in the mornings. We definitely would stay there again if ever in the area again.”

“Bathtub drainage was slow/clogged, had to change room. Second room is fine. Bed cover felt old and long-used. Was not comfortable to sleep. Was expecting better room condition and equipments overall with this well-branded hotel.”

“The room was clean but the bathroom wasn't. Tub had dirty spots on the wall , tub looked stained. There was wadded up candy wrappers in the floor on the side of toilet. Parking in the back where my room was, is very tight.”

“Safe area good for walking. The hotel has some work going on, pool, exterior facade, exterior doors, public men’s bathroom, a bit inconvenient. But overall a nice hotel for the price. The staff Is Great.”

“Breakfast was ok Staff very friendly hot tub has slime in bottom and there was bugs in it I think the carpet in hotel needs a good deep cleaningbto being the color back”

“Was bitten by bugs within 30 minutes of arriving the room. Told management I wanted a refund. They hesitated at first but after seeing the bites on my wife’s legs, and photos of the bugs on the carpet and bed, they agreed and provided a refund!”
