“I stayed at Dream Apartments for 3 weeks during October. Excellent place. Everything was clean. I particularly liked the firm bed mattress (I have a bad back). Kitchen has all amenities, It’s also very close to the beach (maybe 2 minute walk) and swimming. 5 minute walk to a great gym (Marina Gym). Good restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Mario, the owner, was also very responsive to questions. Runs a great business here and the nearby Dream Hotel. I would happily visit again.”

When we arrived, the owner blatantly refused to let us in unless we paid an extra 6,000 LEK in cash. He threatened to cancel our booking right on the spot, knowing full well that there were...
