“Great condo - well appointed. We saw many other units at this property, this one is our favorite. It is bright, updated furnishings, beautiful view and away from the noise. The large deck is lovely - it always has some sun and some shade and it us protected from the breeze. Our friends that stayed in other units on higher floors in the side buildings said it was too cold to sit on their deck at times because the breeze felt too windy. ”

“We spent a week at this condo — our second time in this particular unit. The view is breathtaking, watching the view of the beach below from this 4th floor 2 Br/ 2 Ba condo with nicely updated bathrooms and double shower in the primary bath. Host Aaron was helpful in providing suggestions for area restaurants and a nearby gym facility, and the condo staff were friendly, performing their duties efficiently. We’ll definitely be back!”

Cerritos beach is beautiful and quiet, at least in November. We rode public transportation to the Mercado and around Mazatlan. We will return!!!”

“On the inside, this condo is great. Very efficient kitchen, lovely table in dining area, pleasant and comfortable living room, great beds and bathrooms. The view from the balcony is Amazing! We watched sunrises and sunsets. It was so beautiful. And then our choices everyday were beach of pool. We checked out several beaches and loved the pool and the restaurant. On the property, we were incredibly well taken care of. Looking forward to coming back. And kudos to the property manager, bar...

“This is the second time I have stayed at Alain’s condo. The condo is beautifully appointed, spacious, well-cared for with an absolutely stunning view of the bay. Alain is a genial and responsive host. The property is gorgeous with incredible salinated infinity pools. The security and restaurant staff are outstanding.It is an easy walk on the beach to the restaurants in the Romantic Zone. I highly recommend Alain’s condo. It is a gem.”
