“Most of the staff were excellent. My room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. It was as advertised as well. The service agent Vanessa, who checked me in and checked me out provided an outstanding service her care and concern for me and my stay were incredible calling me on many occasions throughout my month day to make sure everything was to my standards is something that I have not experienced in the past”

“It was nice to have a heated pool as the other pools where cold and it was nice but if your looking to just relax this pool was the answer. Also the staff where great always saying hello and the 2 Carlos were awesome at the front desk!”
