“I really loved this hotel!! The upper pool area is amazing! It has a great restaurant to have breakfast in. It was great that breakfasts were included - the food was always really good but the service upstairs was hit and miss. The bed was pretty hard (which I think is pretty normal in Mexico). The room was clean and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job. The front desk staff is always friendly and accommodating. ”

“Lalo, who runs the property, was very hospitable and accommodating! As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe walking around there the entire time. The entrance is at the top of a steep hill, so get your legs ready! Renting a golf cart for a day was quite fun. I would love to stay there again. The only reason I gave the area 4 stars is there is construction going on directly by Distrito 88. ”

“This place had the best customer service ever!! They had attention to detail in the room and outside area. Our room was very clean, food was delicious. The views are phenomenal. I can't wait to come back. This place is a ten plus. Only one downside was for what ever reason it did not take our Discover credit card and it wasn't on our end. Overall I definitely recommend this place 100%.”

This is all about experiencing Mexican food, culture, and the people. Staff are all incredible, the beach is by far the best beach in all of Mexico and I’ve been to both Caribbean side and Pacific side. ”
