“The location of the property was excellent, close enough to shops and restaurants and 1 block from the beach. The section of the beach was nicer than any other area of beach as well. The unit was clean and had everything we needed including extra supplies which was greatly appreciated. Filtered water was also and extra added bonus. Loved the place and will stay here again! ”

The location in Punta Mita is great - close to golf club and easy cart ride to beach clubs. Looking forward to a return trip!”

“This property was fairly new and very clean, with close proximity to the beach, restaurants and some shops. We loved the rooftop pool and bbq/lounge area, and spent most afternoons there. We used the bbq for dinner several times, and the front desk staff were helpful, providing cooking utensils for the bbq. I would highly recommend this property for a beautiful stay in Bucerias. ”

It was away from the business of the smalls towns and cities on this coast and we loved it. Serene, peaceful, respectful guests.”

“Beautiful beachfront property in one of my favorite complexes in the gates - HDM. Joe was an amazing concierge. He even installed a new tv knowing we would be having a Super Bowl party at the house. The chef he arranged for the party was incredible. Such great food and service. We’d definitely stay here again. ”

“This is s very nice property with an exceptional ocean front view. We were able to whale watch every day. The kitchen is compact but has everything you need to prepare meals in the condo. The bed was really comfortable. Wifi was really good and we had no connection problems at all while in the unit. You will need to get the resort password if you want access poolside. We did not do the all inclusive so we can’t comment on the food quality, however the price has gone up. The chair game is...

“We stayed in this condo for three months. This studio condo is quite small but well laid-out, with lots of baskets, shelves etc. to put all our stuff. We cooked a lot of our meals and the kitchen is well equipped - any other items we needed were readily supplied. The only drawback is a very small under the counter fridge with tiny freezer but we managed to work around that. We really loved the small heated pool, especially when the ocean was too rough for swimming. The rooftop deck was great...

“We came to Sayulita for a wedding. We really enjoyed our stay at the Florence. The walk up the street is a good work out but getting a golf cart was a nice choice. The pool was a very comfortable temperature and the patio on top was great on breezy cool evenings. From the top patio we saw many parrots flying from tree to tree, they were a noisy bunch and very cute. Great accommodations!”
