This property is right on the water and the views are lovely. Even if someone wasn't at the desk, a quick hello and they were right there. Our room was very nice and comfortable. Great air conditioning if it was too hot out. The room also had a little deck which we sat out on to watch the sunset. We also received a free drink from their restaurant downstairs at check in. Very easy to walk to various shops and restaurants including the crafts and homemade shops that are nearby. Really enjoyed myself here.

Beautiful view of harbour. Be prepared for a very slow restaurant response getting food to your table. BBQ food was tasty. Good value overall.

When we first approached the property, we were a little concerned that we would not be satisfied with the quality and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and our room had WONDERUL AC which we needed very much after having been on the island for so long with no AC. Our room was very clean and we’d stay here again.

The walls are paper thin. You can literally hear people snoring in the next room over. On top of that there is a lot of noise from the street. The pool is minuscule and the restaurant doesn’t serve half the things written on the menu.

It was well located in the center of the Roadtown, near the ferry, supermarket and restaurants The Executive Suite overlooked the Harbour. Beautiful view. The suite was spacious,clean and well-equipped kitchen, There were 2 TVs, a safety box and a king bed. The staff was helpful and attentive. The pool was winding so not made for laps but lovely. Maureen the manager is a real gem. Nothing much to complain about. There were a few chipped tile but no big deal.

Right on the marina. Within walking distance to some great restaurants. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant overlooking the marina was so pleasant!

Our room was large and bright, with a gorgeous view of the marina. We were walking distance to shops and restaurants, but the hotel also had a restaurant and bar right on the water. When our room was not ready at check in time, they offered us free drink coupons.

I wanted an economy hotel by the marina. That's what this place is. The staff was very nice. The building is older and shows a lot of signs of use (and repair). The general area feels a bit local, in-city, and industrial. If I wanted something more of a resort feel, this wouldn't be the place.

The staff were very nice and attentive. The outdoor restaurant was very nice overlooking the marina. The hotel was a short walk from the ferry terminal but most people would want to take a cab.

Great spot right on the marina. Friendly staff, good food and a great sized room. I saw negative reviews from some people avs I think they need to put their expectations in check. It's Road Town, not some private island upscale Ritz Carlton expectations. Remember small island, small town, great people. Yeah the water pressure may not be blasting and it's not instant wait on you hand and foot service because you're now on island time. Slow down, talk to the people and enjoy a nice clean room at the marina. Yeah, I had no view, but why would I be in my room other than to sleep. Thank you to everyone at Village Cay, especially Duncan, enjoyed our conversation about WI cricket. Cheers!

Great area to be in the heart of town. My only downside was the water was cold. no hot water is a no no for me. Other than that it was nice though.

I stayed there two nights on two separate nights, 8 days apart. The first night I had a room overlooking the harbour and it was very nice, the second night the room was average. It’s a nice stop off if in Roadtown.

Waterfront room was great. Extended stay but back room were only available. A disco next door played loud music unti 6am. No way to sleep.

Property was located by the marina which was great. But our partial ocean view looked directly at our neighbors ac unit. The washer was broke apparently so check in was delayed. A gal at breakfast was super sweet. But it seemed the other staff didn’t really want us there.

I Love Village Cay Hotel and Marina!
I stayed 1 day on the front end of my trip and one day on the back end. Beautiful room with a wonderful view - and got the same room both times as they remembered me. The restaurant on site was fabulous as well, both food and service. I plan on coming back
