“The steps on the stairs are metal bars - like at a ski resort. They are treacherous and my 60 lb dog refused to go down them. I had to carry her down 2 flights and I knew I couldn't be doing that safely in the dark. Luckily they had one first floor room available for $100 more. (plus the $30 pet fee I'd already paid.)
