Guest house a Roanoke

“Very nice hotel”

“Shower had several hairs on sides and in bottom of tub. Bathroom did not appear to get cleaned between stays.”

“The property was I’m excellent condition and the accommodations were okay. However upon our arrival the room we booked two months I’m advance with two queen beds was not provided and we were “upgraded at a discount” to a room that did not meet our travel needs with only one bed and a pull out couch (basically they gave our room to one else). When I inquired why this occurred the answer was we are fully booked and we upgraded you. For the inconvenience we can give you points and you can speak...

“Todo estuvo bien solo que la idea del hospedaje era descansar y lamentablemente me toco una habitación al lado donde de los inquilinos hicieron mucho ruido y fue imposible descansar”
