“The entire staff is very rude; they treat you terribly and are very racist. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Furthermore, they kicked me out of the place because I couldn't speak English well, and now they refuse to refund my money, even though I didn't use the service.”

“A/C was TERRIBLE!!! States it was 60 in the room but it was terribly hot. Miserable sleep. Beds not comfortable at all. Cheap mattresses. You would think all hotels would have at least comfortable beds by now. Thankfully I was able to open the window and it was mid 60s overnight so we were able to get some cool air in and finally sleep.
Lady up front was not likeable. Nothing intentional just a rude older lady. Strong attitude when my youngest wanted a cover for the sleeper couch. Last thing I...

“The room was very well cleaned. Bathrooms were nice and tidy. We booked the VIP room with the jacuzzi but it was disappointing as the jets on the hot tub didn’t work well. Besides that everything else was amazing and worth it.”
