This property was very clean, very open feeling and had all the needed amenities including good wifi and and beach towels. The local recommendations were great as well.

Green Bamboo is a great place to base your trip to Roatan. 2-minute, safe walk to the west end of the 'West End' strip, where you can find anything. A quiet refuge with a nice pool and outdoor space, and a well-stocked home.

A wonderful stay, again! What a great home with all the necessities and then some! Even a bottle of wine and an 6 pack of local beer to get the party started!! Everything was great. Laura the property met use when we arrived. She helped arrange transport from airport as well. The property was perfect and we could walk to our dive shop. Perfect location.

Awesome awesome awesome Great location short walk to West End (that's where all of the restaurants bars Dive shops gift shops etc.) but just far enough away from that where there's not any noise Great pool Great lanai also with outdoor kitchen which we loved. The villa itself was just as described great air conditioning great decor everything was perfect

It has been 22 years since I last went to Roatan. And a whole lot has changed in those 22 years. Including the incredible choices of places to stay. The previous reviews were encouraging, so I chose this unit at the Green Bamboo location. The rep I corresponded with, Laura, was always quick to answer and extremely patient. She arranged for an airport pickup with Alex, who was also incredible. (He also took us back to the airport at the end) There are 4 units in the Green Bamboo location. The grounds are safely protected, and Mitchell does an incredible job maintaining the grounds. It was like an island paradise. Mitchell was almost always available for us. He is kind, gentle, and hardworking. And he will go out of his way to help.Our unit had two bedrooms, one upstairs and one down. Each bedroom and the kitchen/family room had a separate split air conditioner and overhead fan. The kitchen had everything you could ask for, knives, plates, cups, cooking pots and pans, you name it, it was there. Another small room had a stacked washer and dryer, which were fairly new and worked really well. We were diving at Roatan Divers, which was a short 12-minute walk from the house. And even less time for the shops and restaurants. We rented a car for the week, but not sure it was worth the cost. We spent most of our time diving or recuperating from a dive. The bottom line is that this place was incredible. Fairly priced, relaxing, and comfortable. We had absolutely NO complaints. ZERO.

Serene paradise

We stayed at Green Bamboo for our family Christmas. We have 3 adult children, one of them and his partner live and work in West End. The other two met us there. We stayed for 2 weeks from December 17-31, 2023. Other than the majority of the time we had rain, we did get to enjoy 4-5 days of sunshine. The property was so beautiful and the pool area was perfect. We had evenings playing cards and listening to music. The neighbors are super friendly and very kind and helpful. Laura (property manager) was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. She also provided contacts for transportation. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped, enough so that our son who is a chef, was able to produce a beautiful Christmas dinner. The bedrooms were private and separated so that my husband and I had private space away from the kids. Green Bamboo is located at one end of West End and walkable to everything we needed. West End is a great place to enjoy Roatan: great places to eat and lots of choices to enjoy a Salva and watch the sun set. I would definitely go back!

This place is Beautiful, and fun. It has everything that you need inside of it i couldn't ask for more.
