You also have the fantastic option of hopping on a quick water taxi to the world-famous West Bay Beach.

Ideal for families or friends looking to relax in a safe and vibrant area, this condo has everything you need for the perfect stay. It includes a comfortable living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare your favorite meals and enjoy your vacation your way.

* Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property or if you have the doors open.
NOTE: If the AC remains ON permanently during your stay, additional charges may apply, ask us for more details.
*Keep in mind that since we are on an island, power outages happens unexpectedly and there is no generator in the villa.

*Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (3:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively). Confirm your check-in or check-out time one day before your arrival or departure.

*In case you need additional cleaning during your stay, ask your reservation assistant regarding the price for this service.

*Please note this is a pet friendly community, however this villa is NOT pet friendly, no pets or service animals will be permitted even if the regulations in your home country state differently. Failure to comply with the policies will result in an additional charge.

Nice property

Quiet and clean, with everything you need. The only confusing item is that the house is painted blue now, not yellow like in the photos. Very clean and nice, highly recommend.
