Beautiful home close to the beaches with 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and a loft.

We have always had the dream of owning a home in gorgeous Roatan and it came true, thus the name Beach Blessings! We are hoping that this home will bring you beach blessings as it did for us!

Beautiful home with 2 large balconies in the front and 2 smaller balconies with a peek-a-boo view of the tropical ocean. The house is located in the main road , easy access to the beach.This home features an open floor plan and is equipped with wi-fi, hot water, security system, and a smoke detector. AC can be found in each bedroom but there are fans throughout the home to keep you cool.

Located within walking distance of Sandy Bay Beach which is very well known for it’s tropical fish, corals and scuba diving. Take a short (less than 5 minute) stroll to find local restaurants, a grocery store, and our favorite coffee spot, Café 314.

Fine location, questionable management

Felt safe at property. Cleanliness was adequate except one bed didn't have sheets. Linens were sparse but provided. Kitchen was adequate. Good walking beach nearby. (if looking for a good swim beach, we found reliable, cheap transportation with the Collectivo Tourista vans that routinely went back & forth on the main road) . Good coffee/brkfast cafe next door. Grocery, restaurants and local eateries within 5 min. walk. Management said he could speak English but in practice, if we didn't know some Spanish we wouldn't have been able to communicate. Management almost never responded to our texts, including about a door to the outside that wouldn't stay shut. About 15 minutes before checkout, we received a text telling us to meet him at the cafe next door. We went there & waited 45 minutes. However, he never showed & our taxi to airport arrived so we had to figure out what to do with the key. Additionally, there were no instructions for garbage, check out or anything else. Only one key was provided. I would rate the apartment a 4 out of 5 but the management gets a 1 out of 5.

The property was extremely noisy. The bedding was dirty and had marks of bedbugs. There were no towels or coffee filters. Random items of the owners were in the closet. The tv and internet did not work. We arrived in the evening and left early the next morning rather than staying our planned week in the house.

Great house!!

We stayed here for 35 days and felt very much at home. The cafe next door is gorgeous and excellent for sitting and working on the laptop. There wasn’t any Wi-Fi in the house and we lost power a couple times (welcome to Roatan!), but overall we loved our stay here. Parking was super convenient. The beach behind the house isn’t exactly nice (lots of trash and broken glass) but west end and west bay are close by and beautiful. The owners were amazing and the amount of space in the home allowed our toddler plenty of room to play. Love the loft upstairs!! Definitely recommend this house. The patios were awesome too!!

The property is great and has all you may need, I would only suggest to ask where the main breaker of the house is just in case the power goes out.

I thought it was a nice area but the lights went out a couple of times and there’s no water on the last day. Had to wash with garden hose!!
