This Mission Gate condo is managed by Island House Vacation Rentals. The office is a 3-minute walk away, and guests are also provided with phone numbers to our office staff in case of emergency. We will be available via phone & text as well as messaging. We greet all of our guests in at the office so they know how to find us. Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and agree to our rental terms and conditions. Mission Gate 3A is located in the Mission Gate complex in the heart of West Bay Beach. This is a small development so it is both private and convenient, with its central location. All of the amenities of West Bay Beach are within walking distance of the condo.

Rentals include use of the community rooftop pool. Ask us about pricing and access to the Beach Club's facilities, including beach chairs, bathrooms & showers, internet access and the Beach Bar.

Our newest Mission Gate arrival to Island House, this home was purchased 2024 and the owners are quickly putting their own touches on the condo.  Improvements include new interior paint, and updated linens and towels.  This unit is on the ground floor, making access very easy.
Mission Gate’s Spanish Colonial architecture with quiet and private courtyard with bubbling fountain sets the perfect vibe for getting away from it all. Sunset views from the palapa roof lounges and terraces make this little slice of heaven the ultimate place to sip a sunset cocktail. And if you need, you can always cool off in the rooftop pool.  Roatan’s famous West Bay Beach is only a 4-minute walk away!
Guests will find a Queen bedroom and 2 full bathrooms, and the posted rates are for 2 persons.  A third person could be added and would be using the queen blow up mattress.
The living space is an air-conditioned, open-concept floor plan with the living room flowing into the dining room and then into the kitchen to allow for more a more spacious experience.  The kitchen appliances are all full-sized GE Profile models. The kitchen is also well-stocked for guests looking to cook during their stay.  This space is rounded out with a 50” TV and wireless internet throughout the unit.  Other amenities include a stack washer and dryer for guest use and a patio with a table and seating for 4.

We will arrange your airport transfer to West Bay if you wish, we do so for the majority of our guests.
Everything on West Bay Beach is within walking distance, so there is very little need for transport. Should guests want to leave West Bay, water taxis are available to West End and regular taxis are easily obtained.

Prices are based on 2 person occupancy using 1 bedroom & 2 bathrooms.
A third person could be added for $25 per night and would be sleeping on the queen blow up mattress.
