“We booked a 40 night stay based on photos depicting terraces with great views & gleaming, beautifully lit pool & hot tub in lovely surroundings. The video (entitled Le Bonheur - Luxury Villa) shows pleasant neutral interiors. This could not be further from reality! These enhanced photographs are obviously decades old & bear no resemblance to the current seriously neglected & tired property. The terrace, overlooks ugly roof, with several beehives housed on it. It is cramped & affords no privacy,...

“I was extremely happy with our stay! Such a cozy little spot but not far from conveniences like a market and dining and VA waterfront entertainment and more restaurants! Uber is so easy to catch in this area as well! Plenty of space for clothes…I think the only thing I’d wished they had was an air cooler…it is easy and safe to open the windows for that wonderful breeze but our clothes that we washed coold have dried quicker if there was an air cooler! I would stay again nonetheless!!!”

“Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Juwel. Sehr bequeme Betten, geschmackvolles Design, sichere Umgebung und eine perfekte Lage. Durch die zwei Veranden findet man immer seinen optimalen Platz. Es roch überall wunderbar nach Lavendel. Die Nutzung des Pools ist ein Zusatzbonus. Sauberkeit ist hier selbstverständlich. Sascha und ihr Mann sind tolle Gastgeber. Wir können es nicht erwarten, wieder zu kommen.”
