“Rented a non smoking room but it smelled like ppl smoked in it every day since it was built. My sheets and blankets had cigarette burns in it. I immediately checked out once I realized the room was filthy and requested a refund that I was promised but have yet to receive. I didn't have the room for 30 minutes. “Early check in was very convenient for us. They are very pet friendly the staff gave us a do not disturb tag that informed their staff of pets inside the room. Also they had a cute goodie bag for my pup. My kids absolutely loved it here. Will definitely recommend. Also , deposit collected during checkin , when I checked out was instantly given back to me”

“Room was clean. No way to toddler/kid proof the door so it just opens without a top latch. Security rushed us out the parking lot at 11:00am on the dot even as he saw us loading everything into the car. Food at the bar&grill was good but the serving sizes were NOT worth the price. My children ate adult size meals and were still hungry.. 7 fried shrimp and about 9 French fries for $18.99+ tax 😳 the staff at both the hotel and bar&grill were friendly.”
