“Breakfasts were hot and ready on time. The bed was not in good shape and needs to be replaced. The pool was in disrepair and was marketed as a good amenity when booking my trip. There wasn't much parking later in the evening and there were trucks parked that took multiple spaces.”

“The bed was comfortable and accommodations were fine. Staff was very helpful. The bathroom tub's faucet could activate the shower; however, the faucet remained on as well! Could not shut the water off at the faucet while showering. What a waste of water!”

“We love this property. It is always well maintained and trustworthy employees. The food is great and the service is wonderful.”

“My son & I stay here every year for a week when he's got Coding Camp because of the yummy free breakfast, pool and the employees. They have all been nothing but nice and accommodating. They've allowed me late checkout because I can't pick my son up until 4pm so that's ALWAYS a great thing for me. We'll be back next year.”

“The room was large. The shower drain didn’t drain well so it pooled up. Furniture in the room was tearing and torn up. Overall a clean budget hotel.”

“The furniture in the rooms and lobby was torn and stained. Bathtub stoppers were disabled and not able to bathe the children. Staff was not offer any solutions just stating under new management and renovation staff was very dismissive to the customer concerns. Observed staff do the same to other customers. I encouraged customer to write a complaint. Staff would not provide information to corporate. We came for the 4th of July our best ti.e was being away from the hotel.”

“The property was very clean. I don’t know how long this hotel has been open because it looked somewhat new. The staff is very nice and helpful and no noise to complain about during my stay. It’s close to the mall and other businesses in the area. The only issue I had while staying here was that the shower in my room only had hot water. There was no way to get the water to a decent enough temperature. I couldn’t take a proper shower because the water was so hot. Other than that I would stay here...

“Elevator was full of burnt engine oil smell. Second issue was getting three insect bits on my lower leg overnight. Did informed clerk at checkout. Coffee at breakfast can be better.”
