“Dog friendly with reasonable fee. Had everything we needed included a small kitchenette with apt fridge, microwave sink dishwasher and 2 burner electric stove top. Free continental breakfast. For price point, amenities in building and in room, staffing and dog friendliness 5/5. Number of dogs staying there during our stay. You really couldn’t hear any dogs barking unless you were in the hallway or outside but even then the barks were muffled by the thick doors and walls. I was surprised.”

“Stayed two nights. Room was very clean….nice shower. Breakfast was a continental+ ….. waffles, oatmeal, fresh fruit and juices, toast and bagels, cereal, etc. 24 hr coffee available. Lots of restaurants around, a Meijer and Target if you need anything. Inside pool and exercise room. Would stay here again…”

“This property was amazing! It was very clean, a walkable distance to the channel and many restaurants, an easy drive and park to the beach. The breakfast was really good and Shelley, the caretaker, was friendly and knowledgeable about the property and the area. She was amazing! We will definitely be back.”

“Was billed twice for the room. Once on expedia and once at check in. I mentioned to the check in staff that I believed I had already paid when the reservation was made but was told there was no record of it. After reviewing my credit card transactions I found it was paid at the time of reservation. The morning staff did find it and gave a receipt for refund. the refund has not yet posted on my account.”

“Front desk was very helpful getting us adjoining rooms and early check-in. Although we didn’t use the pool, it looked clean. The hot tub was out of commission, but that was OK since we weren’t interested in using it.”

“Rooms were clean. The pool was awesome! The jacuzzi even better. That was my kid’s favorite part. The staff for the most part was nice. The restaurant connected to the hotel has decent staff. Slow on the customer service part but overall great experience!”

“the room worked sell for our needs. We didn't have towels the first night. The breakfasts were good. The main negative was the that the staff at the front desk were not very friendly or helpful. They charged my daughter 2 deposits on her room and their pet fee was unreasonable. It stated it was $25 but then she was told it was per pet and per night. My daughter has 2 well behaved non-shedding dogs. There is no reason she would have to pay $150. Just a negative that makes us not want to come back...
